Benches & modular systems

A bench can become a leg station, Nordic bench or cable platform — but every attachment adds cost, storage and setup time.

The question that decides it: Do the attachments add useful training or add setup friction, storage problems and compromises to the bench?

What actually separates them.

01 · Base-bench fit

Start with pad height, width, gap, stability, angles and foot contact.

02 · Changeover time

An attachment only saves space if setting it up is simple enough to repeat.

03 · Parked footprint

Measure the bench and every attachment when they are not being used.

04 · Complete cost

Price the bench with the two or three modules you will actually buy.

Every benches and modular systems product we track.

Orderable on APEX’s own store as of Sept 28, 2026, still on a pre-order footing: the purchase block renders "Ships Early Oct" alongside a Pre-Order Info control, with Add To Cart visible and enabled, while the structured data continues to report InStock - so the pre-order status shows only in the rendered page. That "Ships Early Oct" wording is now itself worth watching, because it has not been revised as September ends. A disabled "Out of Stock" button exists in the markup but never renders. The $499.00 headline is not flat across finishes, and the finish list grew this week: Black, Red, Gray, Blue and a newly added White are $499.00, while Clear Grind and 304 Stainless are $599.00, so the finish you choose still moves the price by $100. White was verified three ways - it appears in the option list, renders as a visible label, and loading its own variant URL puts SKU 154 in the main cart form with a visible enabled Add To Cart at $499.00.

Current bench; show-floor refinements reported. On Freak Athlete’s own store as of Sept 28, 2026 the site-wide "FALL SALE: Save $100" discount renders: the Add to Cart button reads "ADD TO CART - $599.00 SALE PRICE $499.00" and the stock line reads "In stock — ships in 1-2 business days". Two changes since the Sept 21 check, both pointing the same way - the sale has been extended. The structured data now publishes a price of 499.0 with a 599.0 strikethrough, where it previously published 599; and priceValidUntil has moved from Oct 1, 2026 to Oct 8, 2026. Treat $499.00 as a dated sale rather than a new base price, but note the date has already been pushed once. The variant still carries no compare-at. One reading caution, because it is what produced an earlier error in this entry - the page renders its pre-discount state first, so a read taken before it settles shows "SALE PRICE $599.00" with no stock line at all. Attachments are priced separately: cable $49.00, dip $79.00, sit-up $119.00, bicep $199.00, leg developer $399.00.

It is not in the four-SKU first-round launch lineup (spotter arms in two lengths, standard J-cups, roller J-cups), so it follows that round rather than shipping with it. A 105-lb bench (~48 lb felt lift weight via the front handle) rated to 1,000 lb, 11-gauge steel, 17-inch IPF-compliant height, 1-inch pad gap, ladder-style FID adjustment (seat: 10 positions, -20° to 30°; back: 17 positions, -10° to 85°). Ten attachments are currently available: Nordic Max, Barrett Belt Squat, Stryker Pad, Leg Trainer, Power Tower, Matrix, Ab Trainer, Dip, Hybrid Board and Landmine, with more in development.

Why it matters: This is the fullest expression of the bench-as-platform trend and can replace several occasional-use stations.

Watch for: Total ecosystem cost, attachment storage (no dedicated organizer yet, though one is reportedly in development), transition time between attachments, and whether cable-driven functions on the Ab Trainer and Leg Trainer are worth the setup tedium versus their plate-loaded modes.

ABX Bench Updates

$499.00 (FALL SALE; $599.00 regular) · Current bench; show-floor refinements reported.

The $599-list base bench (on sale at $499 as of Aug 2026) supports multiple attachments, a folding headrest and vertical storage; back pad adjusts 0–85° across 11 positions with a zero-gap sliding pad.

The back pad does not go below flat — decline sit-ups come from the separate Sit-Up Attachment ($119), which ports into the bench with XL leg rollers and removes entirely for pressing. Attendees noted new handle knurling and seat-adjustment refinements.

Why it matters: It remains the most approachable one-bench ecosystem for varied home-gym training and is compatible with several Ironmaster attachments.

Watch for: The 96-lb bench is not especially easy for every user to move; reviewers flag slight wobble and an imperfect seat-to-pad transition in decline sit-up mode since the seat itself doesn't decline. Price the attachments and their storage, not only the base bench.

Currently sold out: the visible purchase button reads "SOLD OUT" and is disabled, and structured data reads schema.org/OutOfStock, as of Sept 17, 2026. The page carries 8 customer reviews averaging 5.00 out of 5, the most recent posted three days before that check by a buyer who had received the unit.

A compact adjustable bench presented as part of a Japanese space-efficient equipment system.

Why it matters: Bench weight and parked size are often ignored even though they determine whether a multi-use room resets easily.

Watch for: The ¥72,000 figure is tax-included and is the only price GentlemanFitnessClub publishes for this bench; no USD price exists, so any dollar figure you see quoted elsewhere is a conversion rather than a price you can pay. Restock timing is not published. Shipping to the US is not addressed on the product page and should be confirmed before planning around this bench.

REP / Dialed Motion

REP x Dialed Motion Leg Developer

$799.99 · REP showed "Price Coming Soon" with an unpopulated ship date on every daily check from Aug 23 through Sept 15, 2026. The placeholder is gone and the page has now rendered $799.99 on two consecutive daily checks, Sept 16 and Sept 17, 2026. There is still no Add to Cart — the visible primary button reads "OUT OF STOCK" and is disabled, with "Notify Me When Available" as the only working control — and the ship-date field is still empty.

Cable-driven bench attachment for extension, seated curl, prone curl, preacher curl and pushdowns, using a retractor for fast stack connection. REP's page is live and now carries a price, but the item is out of stock and the ship-date field is still empty.

Why it matters: It can turn an existing bench and cable stack into the three leg-isolation patterns most home gyms struggle to add.

Watch for: This entry's standing rule was that a price must hold across two consecutive daily checks before being recorded, written after a $799.99 figure appeared on Aug 22, 2026 and vanished within 24 hours. That rule is now satisfied: $799.99 rendered on both Sept 16 and Sept 17, and "Price Coming Soon" renders zero times. The price is recorded. One caveat a buyer should know: the structured data on the same page still carries "price": "0.0", so $799.99 is a rendered-DOM figure that REP's own JSON-LD does not corroborate. The practical position is unchanged regardless — the SKU is out of stock, the only control is a notify-me, and REP's ship sentence still renders with the date missing entirely ("estimated to start shipping by ."), so there is no way to tell when one would arrive.

Mythic Equipment Mythic Leg Extension + Leg Curl Bench Attachment

Mythic Equipment

Mythic Leg Extension + Leg Curl Bench Attachment

A HomeGymCon debut listing, verified present on HomeGymCon's new-product-releases page on Sept 23, 2026 under Mythic Equipment's own heading. The brand has now published a timing figure of its own: read on mythicequipment.com on Oct 1, 2026, Mythic states this attachment launches "Early 2027, we are currently making design updates with the feedback from Home Gym Con." It is not in the four-SKU first-round launch lineup (spotter arms in two lengths, standard J-cups, roller J-cups), so it follows that round rather than shipping with it. No retail price, no orderable page.

Plate- or cable-loaded, three selectable resistance-curve positions, and mounts to benches, racks or even a suitable plyo box.

Why it matters: Universal mounting and adjustable strength curves address two weaknesses of most bench-specific leg developers.

Watch for: Early 2027 is the brand's own figure and it is a quarter-level estimate rather than a date, published while Mythic says it is still making design changes in response to show feedback — so expect the specification to move before it ships, not just the timing. The brand will build for 1" racks only and says it will not offer 5/8" hardware, which is likely to govern this attachment's bench and rack compatibility too, though Mythic has not said so about this product specifically. Real-world stability on universal mounts, ankle-pad fit, range of motion, storage and the production compatibility list all remain unverified.

REP Nighthawk Adjustable Bench

REP

Nighthawk Adjustable Bench

$449.99 · Full tech specs published on REP's product page as of Aug 2026

REP's lighter flagship-adjacent bench: 7 back positions (0–85°), 4 seat positions including a -15° seat, 28 total combinations. The back pad never drops below flat — decline pressing comes from the negative seat angle only.

700-lb rating, 88-lb bench, 1.57-inch pad gap, 7- and 14-gauge steel. Compatible with REP's Leg Roller Attachment 2.0 ($169.99, sold separately).

Why it matters: Seat-only decline on a sub-90-lb, $449 bench is a genuinely different answer to the decline question than a heavier ladder-style FID frame.

Watch for: Decline sit-up support is not addressed on the official page, and the -15° seat declines your body while the back pad stays flat — confirm that position works for your decline pressing before choosing it over a true FID back pad.

REP AB-5200 2.0 Adjustable Bench
Released

REP

AB-5200 2.0 Adjustable Bench

$539.99 as configured by default; $442.98 is the cheapest buildable combination · Current model on REP's site

REP's ladder-style flagship: 10 back positions (0–85°) plus a mild -8°/-6°/-4° decline set via the adjustable front post, 4 seat positions, 1,000-lb rating, 115-lb bench, 1.4-inch pad gap, standard 12-inch or wide 14-inch pad options. REP states it is not compatible with the Leg Roller Attachment — the decline isn't aggressive enough to require one.

Why it matters: The cleanest answer for lifters who want decline pressing without any leg hardware on the bench — there is simply nothing near your feet.

Watch for: No foot anchoring exists, so this is not a decline sit-up bench, and -8 degrees is the steepest it goes - buyers wanting steep decline or ab work need a different frame or a roller-equipped bench. On price: the configurator loads at $539.99 (Metallic Black frame, Metallic Black rails, Standard pad, Adjustable post), and the cheapest combination that can actually be built is $442.98 - Clear Coat frame, White rails, Standard pad, Fixed post. That figure was confirmed twice on Sept 24, 2026, once by assembling the build and reading the total and once by summing the individually measured option deltas, which agree: only four options move the price at all, Clear Coat frame -$43.01, White rails -$14.00, Clear Coat rails -$6.00 and Fixed post -$40.00, with Wide pad the only increase at +$20.00. Every other colour is free. The $483.99 this entry previously called the cheapest build was inconsistent with the configuration it named: today the Fixed-post build it describes costs $442.98, while $482.98 buys that same colour combination with the Adjustable post. Treat the earlier figure as our own labelling error rather than evidence of a price cut. The "From $419.99" figure REP shows on its bench collection still cannot be reached by any combination of the four option groups, and REP's own structured data publishes $419.99 across all seven offers, so both the collection and the schema understate what you can actually pay - treat them as marketing floors. A fully loaded build runs $559.99. REP displays no per-option prices anywhere in the configurator, so the only way to see what an option costs is to select it and watch the total move. The decline described above comes from the adjustable front post, which is the single most expensive option to drop.

REP

BlackWing Adjustable Bench

$599.99 · In stock at $599.99 with free shipping and "Ships within 24-48 hours" as of Sept 18, 2026. REP had this on pre-order with a stated estimate that orders placed Sept 5, 2026 would ship by Sept 18, 2026; on Sept 18 the pre-order framing is gone entirely — "Pre-order" renders zero times, the visible Add to Cart is enabled and schema.org/InStock — so the published ship-by date was met rather than moved. Variants all in stock: standard pad $599.99 in six colours, wide pad $619.99, clear coat $664.99 and $674.99.

12 back positions from -8° to 85° and 6 seat positions from -10° to 45°, with REP's patented ZeroGap sliding seat closing the pad gap at every angle. 1,000-lb rating, 131-lb bench.

The Leg Roller Attachment 2.0 ($169.99, sold separately) adds foot anchoring for steeper decline work and inserts upside-down for Nordic hamstring curls, and comes fully off the bench when not in use.

Why it matters: The clearest both-ways answer to the leg-roller tradeoff: a completely clean bench for pressing, with anchoring hardware that exists only when you attach it.

Watch for: The roller is a $169.99 add-on that needs a storage spot between uses, and at 131 lb this is one of the heaviest benches in the class to reposition.

Titan Fitness TITAN Series Adjustable FID Bench

Titan Fitness

TITAN Series Adjustable FID Bench

$510.97 (shown as 20% off a $639.99 list) · Current model, in stock and orderable as of Sept 19, 2026 with an enabled add-to-cart and a rendered “Availability: In Stock” line. Sold under a “Limited Time Offer” tag at $510.97 against a struck $639.99 list (“20% off (Save $129.02)”). The $609.99 list price this entry previously recorded is no longer published anywhere on the page.

A traditional FID frame that reclines to a full -20° decline, with 10 bench-pad and 7 head/seat positions (up to 70 combinations) and a three-pad design whose 5.5-inch filler segment stands in for an open pad gap.

600-lb rating, 92-lb bench, HeftyGrip vinyl. Ships with a removable foot-roller attachment (4-inch rollers) explicitly marketed for decline sit-ups.

Why it matters: The steepest verified decline in the index with purpose-built, removable foot anchoring — the most direct single-purchase answer for decline sit-ups.

Watch for: Per-notch angles aren't published and the 600 LB weight capacity trails the 1,000-lb class leaders. Treat the discount framing with care: the price moved UP from $499.97 to $510.97 between Sept 12 and Sept 19 while the page began advertising 20% off, so the sale price is higher than the recent plain price. The $609.99 list this entry used to cite is gone — 0 occurrences rendered and 0 raw — and the current struck figure is $639.99, verified as this SKU's own compare-at rather than a bundle total (SKU 400554, single variant, no bundle or kit widget on the page). The product lives at the legacy slug max-adjustable-fid-bench; that is the same bench, not a different “Max” model — the page's h1 and product handle were checked together.

Bells of Steel

Commercial 3.0 Flat / Incline / Decline Bench

$381.99 · In stock and orderable on the official page as of Sept 12, 2026 at $381.99

Seven ladder positions from +85° down to -20°, a 1,000-lb rating on an 84-lb frame, and a 2.5-inch pad. The leg attachment with padded front rollers is included and removable — Bells of Steel's own copy highlights pulling it off when it isn't needed.

Why it matters: The lowest-priced full -20° FID bench in the index that includes its leg attachment instead of selling it separately.

Watch for: Pad-gap dimensions aren't published. Availability on this page is easy to misread: the listing carries hidden "Unavailable" placeholders in its template that never render for a buyer, so read the add-to-cart control rather than a text scrape.

$499.00 · Still sold out as of Sept 26, 2026, unchanged since this entry first recorded it on Sept 12. No purchase control of any kind exists on the page — no add-to-cart form is present at all, "Add to cart" occurs 0 times in rendered text, and the only live product control is "YES, NOTIFY ME!". Force USA's own wording is "Sorry! We're Temporarily Out of Stock" and "Wow! The Force USA MyBench sold out fast!". $499.00 is still published. Force USA states new inventory is usually available within 30-45 days and offers only an email notification.

An FID bench spanning -15° to 80° across 7 backrest angles and 3 seat positions, rated to 705 lb tested. Ships with an integrated leg developer (seated leg extension and prone leg curl) plus a preacher curl attachment, which also anchors the legs for decline work.

Why it matters: The only bench in this class that bundles leg isolation and preacher curls into the base price — a mini-station rather than just a pressing platform.

Watch for: IF YOU CAME HERE FOR A $499 FORCE USA BENCH, THE BRAND HAS A DIFFERENT ONE IN STOCK — and it is not this bench renamed. Force USA's C20 page now upsells a "Force USA Base Bench" at the same $499.00, orderable today, and the two are separate products: MyBench is id 7389027565765, SKU F-MR-FID-V2, published May 2023; Base Bench is id 7864617631941, SKU F-C10-BB, published May 2024. They have coexisted for over a year. The difference matters more than the shared price. MyBench is a standalone FID that includes a leg developer and preacher curl attachment and works on its own. The Base Bench is cable-connected: Force USA describes it as locking "straight into the weight stacks—no weight plates required" and compatible with the C10 and C20, so it is a companion to one of those racks rather than a substitute for a standalone bench. Buying it without a compatible Force USA rack would not give you what this entry describes. Whether the leg developer removes cleanly — and how much it intrudes during normal flat and incline pressing — is not stated on the official page. Earlier 2026 reviews cite a $399 price, so the current $499 listing appears to be a price move. The 30-45 day restock estimate is Force USA's own wording rather than a committed date. Do not judge this page's availability from structured data: it carries two Product blocks for the same SKU F-MR-FID-V2 that flatly contradict each other, one declaring schema.org/OutOfStock at $499.00 and the other schema.org/InStock at $499.0, so a schema-only reader can report this bench as buyable depending on which block it reads first. The absence of any add-to-cart control is the reliable signal. Its compare-at price also equals its price ($499 against $499), so a populated compare-at field here is not a discount — the same is true of the Base Bench and the Sliding Bench, so treat compare-at on this store as decorative.

Ironmaster Super Bench PRO V2
Released

Ironmaster

Super Bench PRO V2

$449.00 · In stock and orderable on Ironmaster's own product page at $449.00 as of Sept 15, 2026, with Add To Cart visible and enabled. This reverses the waitlist-only state recorded Sept 5-12.

A single-post bench with 11 lockout angles (0–85°), a 1,000-lb flat rating and a one-piece pad with no gap at flat, weighing just 65 lb.

There is no published negative angle — Ironmaster's own page recommends pairing the bench with the Crunch Situp Attachment ($89, removable, with foam leg rollers and a grab handle) for decline angles, which is also the decline sit-up solution. Part of Ironmaster's broader attachment system.

Why it matters: The lightest serious bench in the class turns decline into an $89 attachment decision instead of a frame decision — and the grab handle addresses the get-in-get-out problem most decline setups ignore.

Watch for: Decline capability depends entirely on the attachment and reversed body orientation — there's no conventional decline-press ladder — and the incline-upright rating drops to 600 lb.

Fringe Sport Flat / Incline / Decline Bench
Released

Fringe Sport

Flat / Incline / Decline Bench

$399.00 · In stock on the official page as of Aug 2026

A classic FID silhouette: -20° to 85° across 7 ladder positions, 4 seat positions, 1,000-lb rating, 70-lb frame, 11.5-inch pad with a narrow (unspecified) gap. Foot anchoring comes from large padded rollers fixed to the frame rather than a removable attachment.

Why it matters: The straightforward budget path to a true -20° decline with anchoring always ready — no attachments to buy, mount or store.

Watch for: The rollers are fixed, so the hardware near your feet is a permanent feature of the bench, pressing included — the exact tradeoff buyers of clean-platform benches are paying to avoid.

Rogue

Adjustable Bench 4.0

$695.00 · Live on Rogue's new-gear page at $695.00 as of Sept 8, 2026, stated as "Ships in 7-10 Days" — orderable, not a preorder.

Rogue's updated flagship adjustable bench: 10 back positions at 0, 15, 30, 37.5, 45, 52.5, 60, 67.5, 75 and 85 degrees, and 4 seat positions at -15, 0, 15 and 30 degrees. Built on a 3x3-inch 11-gauge steel frame with a 12-inch-wide, 52-inch-long USA textured foam pad. 130 lb bench weight; 17.5 inches tall flat and 55.75 inches at 85 degrees; base footprint 24.75 inches rear foot width by 56.25 inches long. Includes a built-in vertical storage stand and an optional removable foot catch. Made in the USA.

Why it matters: A 130 lb, made-in-USA FID at $695 sits directly between REP's $449.99 Nighthawk and the heavier competition benches, and its 10 back positions are a finer ladder than most benches at any price — which matters if you press at angles between the usual 30 and 45 degree stops.

Watch for: The back pad's lowest position is flat (0 degrees), so decline comes only from the -15 degree seat — the same seat-only decline as REP's Nighthawk, not a true decline back pad. Confirm that position works for your decline pressing before choosing it on the strength of the word "decline" alone. Rogue publishes no weight capacity on the product page, and the pad gap is not stated either; both are worth asking about. At 130 lb it is 42 lb heavier than the Nighthawk, so the vertical storage stand is doing real work if you plan to move it.

Get RXd

FIDAB-2 Adjustable Bench

$410.00 · In stock and orderable on Get RXd's own store as of Sept 16, 2026 in all four colours — Black, Blue, Red and Green. The $369.00 promotion recorded on Sept 10 has ended: the string "$369" no longer appears anywhere on the page and there is no "Special Price" label. The bench now costs $410.00, and Get RXd publishes that unusually — the base price renders as $0.00 with a required colour option priced as a surcharge, so the listing reads "Black (+$410.00)" and so on for each colour. The store's own product JSON confirms price 0 and compare_at_price 0 with a single variant, SKU FIDAB-2-XX.

A 7-gauge and 11-gauge steel FID bench rated at 1,000+ lb, with 7 back-pad positions (0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 85 degrees) and 4 seat positions covering decline, flat, incline and a steeper incline. Back pad 42 x 12.5 x 2.6 inches; seat pad 11.4 x 12.5 x 2.6 inches; 1.8-inch gap between pads at flat. Stores upright with an 18 x 20 inch footprint. SKU FIDAB-2-XX. One-year warranty.

Why it matters: It fills the Get RXd-shaped hole in the bench index — the brand is already tracked for racks and attachments but had no bench entry. At $410.00 it no longer undercuts the field the way its promotional price did: it now sits above Bells of Steel's Commercial 3.0 at $381.99 and Fringe Sport's Flat / Incline / Decline at $399.00, though still well under Rogue's Adjustable Bench 4.0 at $695.00 — while publishing a declining seat position and upright storage in an 18 x 20 inch footprint. What it trades for that is warranty length: one year, against the lifetime coverage several benches near this price advertise.

Watch for: The one-year warranty is short for the money and worth weighing against benches at this price that publish lifetime coverage. The 1,000+ lb rating is a manufacturer figure with no stated test method. The 1.8-inch pad gap at flat is published and honest but is a real gap — check it against your own pressing setup rather than assuming a seamless surface. Note that the product description claims five powder-coat colours "black, blue, red, green, and yellow" while only four are actually offered; yellow is not purchasable. Because the price is published as a $0.00 base plus a required colour surcharge, any cart or comparison tool that reads the base price will report this bench as free.

EVOLPOW

BEC Multi-functional Adjustable Bench

$329.99 (bench only; compare-at $399.99) · Live on EVOLPOW's own store at $329.99 for the bench on its own, in Black (SKU BEC-D) or Red (SKU BEC-R), against a $399.99 compare-at price. Two bundle variants are also sold: with a 100 lb bumper plate set at $659.99 (compare-at $729.99), and with a 3-in-1 adjustable dumbbell set at $569.99 (compare-at $639.99). Correcting this entry as of Sept 28, 2026: the colour split it previously recorded is gone. All three Red variants are back in stock, confirmed on the rendered Red variant page rather than from JSON alone - the checked options read Red and Bench Only, the main cart form carries variant 42223181496398, ADD TO CART is visible and enabled, and "sold out" occurs zero times in the rendered text. All six variants across both colours are now purchasable. EVOLPOW publishes no schema.org availability markup on this page, so availability here rests on the control state and the variant data.

An adjustable bench with an integrated leg developer and preacher curl station. EVOLPOW publishes 13 backrest levels, 3 seat levels and 3 preacher curl pad levels. The leg developer is the reason this entry exists: EVOLPOW's own page names seated leg curl and lying leg curl as separate labelled positions alongside leg extension, describing the bench as covering "seated and prone leg curls, leg extensions, and abdominal exercises". The frame is stated as 70x50 mm tubing with a 2 mm wall. A detachable straight bar is fitted so it does not interfere during prone leg curls, and handles are fitted for stability during both curl positions. Warranty is stated as 365 days.

Why it matters: This is the only bench located at any price that claims leg extension plus both a seated and a lying leg curl in one frame. The nearest equivalents are REP's Dialed Motion attachment, which has carried no price through more than sixteen consecutive daily checks, and Echo Strength Depot's selectorized 3-in-1 combo at $2,159.00 on an 8-to-10-week pre-order. If the claim holds, this does at $329.99 what the index currently has no buyable answer for at any price. It is also the index's first entry in the roughly $80-$350 integrated bench tier, which is documented in docs/research/integrated-fid-leg-developer-tier-2026-09-13.md.

Watch for: EVOLPOW publishes no decline angle in degrees anywhere on this page. Thirteen backrest levels are stated; the range they span is not. The index's own incline/decline guide tells readers to read the number rather than the letter, so this bench cannot be compared against the -8° to -20° figures published by tracked brands until EVOLPOW states one. Ask the brand before buying on the strength of the word decline. The 1500 lb capacity figure is a manufacturer claim on 2 mm wall tubing, roughly 14-gauge, against the 1,000 lb that tracked brands publish on 11-gauge; the two numbers are not comparable and should never be placed in a shared column without that caveat. Whether the leg developer removes is not stated, and EVOLPOW's own on-page reviewers report plates striking their legs during the lying leg curl and ask for a quick-release pin to detach the leg structure, which suggests it does not come off easily. Those reviews sit on EVOLPOW's own storefront and are not independent evidence. The 365-day warranty is short against the lifetime frame coverage several tracked benches publish. No independent review, teardown or durability evidence exists for this bench in the index or anywhere located during this research. Pad gap, bench weight, assembled footprint and user height range are all unpublished.

Keppi

Adjustable Weight Bench 6000 (2026 Version)

$379.99 · Live and orderable on Keppi's own store as of Sept 23, 2026 at $379.99, but availability splits by colourway and the entry-level colour is the one that is not in stock. Black renders a visible enabled PRE-ORDER control with the brand's own note: "Pre-order now for $379.99 USD. Pre-sale order is expected to be shipped around late-Oct 2026. You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund before shipment." Red and Blue render a normal enabled ADD TO CART with no pre-order widget at all. All three are schema.org/InStock, which is why schema alone does not settle this page. The store publishes Lifetime Warranty, Free Shipping and 30-Day Return badges.

A pin-lock FID bench published at a 2,200 lb static rating at 0 degrees and 1,500 lb at incline, with 11 back-pad angles (0, 10, 20, 30, 37.5, 45, 52.5, 60, 67.5, 75, 85) and 8 seat-pad angles (-37.5, -30, -20, -10, 0, 10, 20, 30). The spec table gives pad height as 17 in, which Keppi describes as IPF standard, and clearance between the pads as 1.57 in. Padding is 2.75 in high-density. Bench weight is 92.6 lb. Sold in Black, Red and Blue.

Why it matters: An 11-position back ladder with a seat that declines to -37.5 degrees is a finer set of stops than most benches offer at any price, and Keppi publishes a pad clearance figure at all, which a surprising number of bench makers do not. At $379.99 with a lifetime warranty that puts it against Get RXd's FIDAB-2 and at roughly half of Rogue's Adjustable Bench 4.0, so the question it poses to a buyer is whether the published capacity and the pin-lock mechanism hold up at that money.

Watch for: Buy this in Black and you are pre-ordering, not buying stock: the ship estimate is Keppi's own "around late-Oct 2026", refundable before shipment. Red and Blue are available now at the same price. The page also carries a compare-at price of $369.99 that is LOWER than the $379.99 it charges, so the store never displays it — if you see $369.99 quoted for this bench anywhere, that is a suppressed compare-at value scraped out of the page source, not a price anyone can pay. Keppi contradicts itself twice in its own copy and neither conflict is resolved here: the spec table says pad height 17 in while a marketing bullet says 17.12 in flat height from ground, and the spec copy reserves the 2,200 lb figure for 0-degree static load while a bullet headlines the bench as having "a massive 1,500 lbs capacity". Both numbers are Keppi's. The 2,200 lb static figure carries no stated test method and no third-party verification, and static capacity is not a rated working load. The mechanism is a pin lock, a wear point some buyers avoid on principle. No independent teardown or long-term durability data exists in the index for this bench.
